Q: What area do you cover?

A: We cover all London areas with in the M25, Surrey and Sussex.

 

Q: What are your working hours and do you work weekends?

A: We work 6 days a week and will work the hours necessary to deliver the service you require. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm; Sat 9am - 4pm

 

Q: Are you and your workers insured?

A: Yes we have full Employers and Public Liability Insurance.

 

Q: How do you select and recruit your cleaners?

A: Our Cleaning Technicians are fully vetted and trained to provide a high standard of cleaning service. All of them have identity card, passport, proof of address, English skills check, National Insurance number and employment references.

 

Q: Can you clean my place when I am at work or when I am not at home/office/property?

A: Yes, we can clean the property when no one is there as long as we have access to it.

 

Q: What happens if I am not happy with the quality of the cleaning service?

A: If you are not satisfied with the results of our cleaning then we will re-do the job within 24 hours, free of charge, as long as you still require the service you originally booked.

 

Q: How can I change the day of cleaning or how can I cancel the service?

A: If you need to change the day of cleaning, we will need at least 2 days notice. If you wish to cancel the cleaning we will need at least 24 hours notice.

 

Q: Do I pay you or the cleaner and is their any agency fee to pay?

A: If you have booked a regular cleaning service with Service Delivered we prefer you to pay us directly for the first few visits, after which you can set up a direct debit to our account. If you have booked a one-off clean or an End of Tenancy clean, the payment has to be made at least a day before or on the day, but no later. There are no agency fees or other fees in addition to the price you have been quoted.

 

Q: Do you provide your own cleaning products and equipment?

A: Yes, unless you would prefer us to use your products.

 

Q: Can I specify the day of cleaning?

A: Yes, you can specify the day of cleaning and we will make every effort to meet your requirement.

 

Q: Can I have a cleaner for just 1 hour?

A: No, we have a minimum of 2 hours per visit.
